Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ZenSage account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

1. Open ZenSage and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap My Account.
3. Scroll down and tap Permanently Delete Account.
4. Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email hello@zensage.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, sign-in details and device tokens
• Program progress, journal entries, mood logs and exercise history
• Conversations with Aria
• Your sign-in identity with Google or Apple, if you used one

Anonymised purchase records are retained where required for tax and accounting. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled there separately.
